En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en el nuestro propio, expresamos con orgullo nuestras más sinceras Felicitaciones a Ustedes y al Pueblo y Gobierno de la República de Irak, al conmemorar su Día Nacional y el 91 Aniversario de la Proclamación de la Independencia y el establecimiento del Estado Iraquí.
