Al conmemorar el 78 Aniversario de la Independencia este próximo 3 de Julio, nos enorgullece expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliacióny Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Valiente Pueblo de la República de Bielorrusia. 

En esta fecha histórica y frente a nuevas amenazas y agresiones que pretenden limitar el Derecho de nuestros Pueblos a ejercer plenamente nuestra Soberanía Nacional, Autodeterminación e Independencia, transmitimos este Saludo Fraterno y Revolucionario, reiterando el compromiso invariable del Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que nos unen con el Pueblo y Gobierno de Bielorrusia.

As we commemorate the 78TH Anniversary of In-dependence this coming 3RD July, we proudly ex-press on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, Our Most Sincere Congratulations to You, Your Government and to the Brave People of the Republic of Belarus.

On this historic date and in the face of new threats and aggressions that seek to limit the Right of our Peoples to fully exercise our National Sovereignty, Freedom of Self-determination and Independence, we convey this Fraternal and Revolutionary Greeting, reiterating the unwavering commitment of the People and Government of Nicaragua to continue strengthening the Bonds of Friend-ship, Solidarity and Cooperation that unite us with the People and Government of Belarus.
