En nombre del Pueblo y del Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos transmitir a Usted, a su Gobierno, al Frente Revolucionario de Timor-Leste Independiente (FRETILIN) y al Hermano Pueblo timorense, nuestras más Cordiales y Fraternas Felicitaciones en ocasión de la Honorable Conmemoración de su Independencia, a celebrarse este próximo 28 de Noviembre.
En esta fecha trascendental, celebramos junto al Hermano Pueblo de Timor-Leste el legado de lucha, sacrificio y firme determinación que han forjado su Libertad, Soberanía y Dignidad Nacional. A la vez, renovamos nuestro firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que históricamente han unido a nuestras Naciones.
Reciba, Querido Hermano Presidente, nuestro Abrazo Fraterno y Revolucionario, junto al Cariño y Respeto del Pueblo de Nicaragua para el Valiente y Noble Pueblo Timorense.
