En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, tenemos el honor de expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones al Hermano Pueblo congoleño, a Usted y a su Gobierno, al conmemorarse el próximo 30 de Junio el 65º Aniversario de la Independencia Nacional de la República Democrática del Congo.
Esta fecha histórica representa la firme determinación de su Pueblo de alcanzar y defender la Libertad, la Dignidad y la Soberanía Nacional, y constituye un ejemplo de lucha y esperanza para los pueblos del Sur Global que seguimos construyendo Caminos de Justicia, Paz y Desarrollo.
En esta ocasión tan especial, reiteramos nuestro compromiso invariable de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Solidaridad, Hermandad y Cooperación Fraterna que unen a nuestros Gobiernos y Pueblos, en la búsqueda de un Mundo Multipolar más Justo, Inclusivo y Respetuoso del Derecho Internacional.
Reciba, Hermano Presidente, nuestro abrazo fraterno, con el cariño y respeto del Pueblo nicaragüense para el valiente y digno Pueblo de la República Democrática del Congo.

This historic date stands as a testament to the firm determination of your People to achieve and defend Liberty, Dignity, and National Sovereignty. It is also a source of inspiration and hope for the peoples of the Global South, as we continue forging paths of justice, peace, and development.
On this very special occasion, we reiterate our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the bonds of solidarity, brotherhood, and fraternal cooperation that unite our Governments and Peoples in the pursuit of a more just, inclusive, and multipolar world that upholds International Law.
