En esta memorable e histórica fecha, que celebra la Identidad Nacional, la Libertad de Autodeterminación, la Soberanía y la Independencia, deseamos reiterar nuestro firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Fraternidad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
