En la especial ocasión de conmemorar este próximo 3 de Noviembre, el 45° Aniversario del Día de la Independencia, expresamos de la manera más fraternal, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones al Pueblo y Gobierno de la Mancomunidad de Dominica.
En esta fecha memorable e histórica que reivindica el Derecho del Pueblo de Dominica a ejercer plenamente su Soberanía Nacional, Autodeterminación e Independencia; celebramos nuestros Lazos Fraternos de Historia, Cultura e Identidad Común Caribeña, reiterando nuestro compromiso invariable de continuar forjando la Unidad y la Integración Nuestroamericana y Caribeña, para hacer frente y superar los grandes desafíos de nuestros tiempos.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, nuestro Abrazo Fraterno, con el Cariño de tod@s l@s nicaragüenses para el Hermano Pueblo de Dominica.

On the special occasion of commemorating this coming November 3rd, the 45th Anniversary of Independence Day, we express in the most fraternal manner, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our warmest Congratulations to the People and Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
On this memorable and historic date that vindicates the Right of the People of Dominica to fully exercise their National Sovereignty, Self-Determination and Independence; we celebrate our Fraternal Bonds of History, Culture and Common Caribbean Identity, reiterating our invariable commitment to continue forging the Unity and Integration of Our America and the Caribbean, to face and overcome the great challenges of our times.
