En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 60 Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 1º de Julio, deseamos expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Más Cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y Hermano Pueblo de la República de Burundi.
En esta histórica y memorable fecha, que reivindica el Derecho Inalienable del Pueblo de Burundi de Vivir en Paz y con Libertad, Autodeterminación, Soberanía Nacional e Independencia, nos enorgullece reiterar nuestra firme voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo nuestros Lazos Comunes de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación Fraterna.
