En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de Belice, en la ocasión de conmemorar el 226 Aniversario de la Victoria en la Batalla de Cayo San Jorge, este próximo 10 de Septiembre.
En esta fecha histórica, reafirmamos nuestra voluntad de fortalecer los Lazos de Solidaridad, Hermandad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
