Querido Hermano Presidente,

En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de la República de Sudán, en la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 68 Aniversario de la Declaración de la Independencia, este próximo 1º de Enero.

En esta histórica y memorable fecha, el Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua desea reiterar su voluntad inquebrantable de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Fraternidad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
