En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, expresamos nuestras más Fraternas Felicitaciones a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de Tuvalu en la honorable ocasión de conmemorar el 46 Aniversario de la Independencia, el próximo 1° de Octubre.
Celebramos junto a ustedes esta histórica fecha de soberanía nacional, transmitiendo desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, nuestros mejores deseos de paz y nuestra voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
