En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, expresamos a Usted, a su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de Uzbekistán nuestras más sinceras y fraternas felicitaciones, al conmemorar, este próximo 1 de Septiembre, el Aniversario de la Independencia de la República de Uzbekistán.
En esta histórica celebración, reconocemos con admiración los importantes avances alcanzados por el Pueblo Uzbeko en la construcción de una Nación Próspera, Soberana y en Paz, preservando con orgullo su valioso legado histórico, sus tradiciones y su riqueza cultural.
