Excelentísimo Señor Co-Ministro:
Con motivo del 47.º aniversario del Triunfo de la
Revolución Popular Sandinista, me complace hacer
llegar a Su Excelencia, así como al Gobierno y al
hermano pueblo de la República de Nicaragua, mis
felicitaciones más cálidas.
Esta conmemoración histórica
constituye un testimonio de la resiliencia, la soberanía
y la firme determinación del pueblo nicaragüense.
Camboya concede gran importancia a sus relaciones
de amistad con la República de Nicaragua.
En este
sentido, me complace destacar la próxima celebración
de la Primera Ronda de Consultas Políticas entre
nuestros dos Ministerios, prevista para mediados de
agosto en Nicaragua.
Estoy convencido de que este
importante mecanismo servirá como una valiosa
plataforma para profundizar nuestra amistad, ampliar
la cooperación mutuamente beneficiosa y fortalecer
una colaboración más estrecha en favor del desarrollo
y
la
prosperidad compartidos de nuestras dos
naciones.
Permítame reiterar a Su Excelencia las seguridades de
mi más alta y distinguida consideración, junto con mis
mejores deseos de buena salud y de muchos éxitos
personales, así como de prosperidad para el hermano
pueblo de la República de Nicaragua

On the auspicious occasion of the 4;th Anniversary of the Triumph of the Sandinista
Popular Revolution, I am pleased to extend my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency
as well as to the Government and the friendly people of the Republic of Nicaragua. This
historic occasion stands as a testament to the resilience, sovereignty, and determination
of the Nicaraguan people.
Cambodia attaches great importance to its friendly relations with the Republic of
Nicaragua. In this regard, I am pleased to note the forthcoming First Round of Political
Consultations between our two Ministries, scheduled to take place in Nicaragua in mid
August. I am confident that this important mechanism will serve as a valuable platform for
deepening our friendship, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, and fostering closer
collaboration in pursuit of the shared development and prosperity of our two nations.
