Querido Hermano y Compañero Presidente,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos expresar nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Democrática Popular Lao, y al Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos (PPRL), en la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 72° Aniversario de la Independencia Nacional, este próximo 22 de Octubre.
En esta fecha memorable, evocamos con admiración la lucha heroica del Pueblo Laosiano por su Liberación Nacional, coronada con la Proclamación de Independencia en 1954, y consolidada con la fundación de la República Democrática Popular Lao en 1975, marcando el inicio de una Nueva Era de Soberanía, Dignidad y Autodeterminación bajo los Ideales Revolucionarios del PPRL.
El Gobierno y Pueblo de Nicaragua celebran junto al Pueblo Lao estas Victorias históricas, que reflejan el Espíritu de Resistencia, Independencia y Amor a la Patria que compartimos nuestros Pueblos. Reiteramos nuestro invariable compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los lazos Fraternos de Amistad, Respeto Mutuo, Cooperación y Solidaridad que unen a nuestras Naciones en la defensa de la Paz, el Desarrollo y la Justicia Social.

Dear Brother and Comrade President,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and in our own names, we wish to express our warmest congratulations to You, to the Brotherly People and Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and to the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP), on the special occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of your National Independence, to be celebrated on October 22.
On this memorable date, we recall with admiration the heroic struggle of the Lao people for national liberation, crowned with the proclamation of independence in 1954 and consolidated with the founding of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in 1975, marking the beginning of a new era of sovereignty, dignity, and self-determination under the revolutionary ideals of the LPRP.
The Government and People of Nicaragua celebrate together with the Lao People these historic victories, which embody the spirit of resistance, independence, and love for the homeland that unite our nations. We reiterate our unwavering commitment to continue strengthening the fraternal bonds of friendship, mutual respect, cooperation, and solidarity that unite our peoples in the defense of peace, development, and social justice.
