En la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 41 Aniversario de la Independencia este próximo 23 de Febrero, permítanos expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más Calurosas Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo del Estado de Brunéi Darussalam.
