En la especial ocasión de conmemorar este próximo 27 de octubre, el 45 Aniversario del Día de la Independencia, nos honra expresar en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más calurosas Felicitaciones al Pueblo y Gobierno de San Vicente y las Granadinas.

En esta fecha histórica de Alegría y Celebración, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, reconociendo y resaltando nuestra Identidad Afro-Descendiente, Amistad y Solidaridad Fraterna.
