En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, nos enorgullece expresar nuestras Más Cálidas y Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de San Vicente y las Granadinas, al conmemorar el 43 Aniversario de la Independencia, este próximo 27 de Octubre.
Nos unimos en celebración de esta fecha memorable, reconociendo la historia milenaria del Pueblo Kalinago y el legado perdurable del Héroe Nacional y Jefe Supremo Joseph Chatoyer.
Querido Hermano Ralph,
Nicaragua y San Vicente y las Granadinas comparten una identidad común caribeña, una Valiente Historia de Lucha anticolonial y antiimperialista y un profundo anhelo de hacer realidad la Unidad Nuestramericana y Caribeña, fortalecida bajo los Principios del Respeto a la Diversidad, la Igualdad, la Participación Equitativa, la Solidaridad y la Cooperación.
En estos complejos tiempos en los que la Humanidad entera enfrenta un sin número de amenazas y desafíos, únicamente a través de la Genuina Unidad e Integración, lograremos salir adelante victoriosos.
Reiteramos, Querido Hermano y Compañero, nuestro Cariño y Respeto para Usted, para Eloise y para su Querida Familia, así como para el Hermano Pueblo de San Vicente y las Granadinas, que continúa prosperando sobre Sendas de Libertad, Dignidad y Desarrollo.

Nicaragua and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines share a common Caribbean identity, a Courageous History of anti-colonial and anti-imperialist struggle and a profound desire to make Our Latin American and Caribbean Unity a reality, strengthened under the Principles of Respect for Diversity, Equality and Equitable Participation Solidarity and Cooperation.
In these complex times in which all of humanity faces countless threats and challenges, only through Genuine Unity and Integration, will we be able to move forward victorious.
