Señor Presidente,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 144 Aniversario del Día Nacional de Montenegro, este próximo 13 de Julio, fecha histórica en la que el Congreso de Berlín de 1878 reconoce a Montenegro como Estado Independiente, permítanos expresar, en nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, nuestras más Calurosas Felicitaciones a Usted, al Pueblo y Gobierno de Montenegro.
En esta solemne fecha, en la que su Pueblo celebra el Derecho irrenunciable a la Autodeterminación, Independencia y Soberanía Nacional, reiteramos nuestra voluntad invariable de continuar fortaleciendo las Relaciones de Fraternidad y Solidaridad que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
Con el Respeto y Cariño del Pueblo Nicaragüense para el Hermano Pueblo Montenegrino.

On the special occasion of commemorating the 144TH Anniversary of the National Day of Montenegro, this coming 13TH July, a historic date in which the Berlin Congress of 1878 recognized Montenegro as an Independent State, allow us to express, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our Warmest Congratulations to You, the People and Government of Montenegro.
On this solemn date, on which your People celebrate the inalienable Right to Self-determination, Independence and National Sovereignty, we reiterate our steadfast commitment to continue strengthening the Relations of Fraternity and Solidarity that unite our Peoples and Governments.
